We recommend that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions before using the website www.naturapaper.ro (hereinafter referred to as the site) to familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations as a visitor/customer and to acquire knowledge about the content and processing of your personal data.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales of goods and services by NATURA PAPER SRL through the virtual store www.naturapaper.ro and may be modified at any time by NATURA PAPER without prior notice. They are based on the applicable legal norms in the field and e-commerce.
Before making any transaction, the Customer is obliged to read and accept these terms and conditions by checking the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions".

Any responsibility regarding the control, activity, and consequences of minors' access to virtual spaces falls on the parents or guardian of the minor, NATURA PAPER SRL being exempt from any liability.

Within this document, the following terms used will have, unless the context results otherwise, the following meanings:
Customer/buyer – natural person / legal person or other legal entity represented (without limitation to an employee, proxy, legal representative) who, by sending an order, expresses the intention to buy products or services sold by NATURA PAPER SRL, through the website www.naturapaper.ro.
Seller/provider – the commercial company NATURA PAPER SRL.
Goods and Services – any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
Order – an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and Services, and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and Services and to pay for them.
Contract – the act concluded at a distance, without the simultaneous physical presence of the seller and the buyer, by which the seller undertakes to transfer the product (good) to the customer/buyer in exchange for a price that the customer/buyer undertakes to pay, respectively the order placed by the Buyer and confirmed by the Seller. The contract is based on reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights – all intangible rights such as know-how, copyright and related rights, database rights, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, and domain name registrations for any of the above.
Specifications – all specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services as specified in the Order.
Fiscal Invoice – supporting document for sales and purchases of goods, representing a short-form contract between the parties, valid, according to art. 319 para. 29 of the Fiscal Code, without signature and stamp. Once the order is placed and accepted, and the invoice is issued, it becomes eligible for payment, and the debt thus created between the parties becomes certain, liquid, and due.
Fiscal Receipt – is the document issued by the cash register attesting the value of goods sold retail.
Product: the good or goods, the seller's own brand, which the seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer in exchange for a price that the buyer undertakes to pay.
Account - the customer's own space, distinguished by a unique name and protected by a password, where information necessary for concluding the sales contract can be stored.
Courier/courier service – the personnel or express mail service approved by NATURA PAPER SRL.
All orders placed through the site www.naturapaper.ro will be validated, within the limits of available stock, NATURA PAPER reserving the right to limit the quantities ordered by the Customer or to refuse delivery of an order without further explanation.
This contract called "Terms and Conditions" describes the general conditions of online sales of goods and services between NATURA PAPER and the Customer, as well as their rights and obligations. The contract can be saved and/or printed on paper.
"Terms and Conditions" together with the documents, information from the Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy apply every time you browse, use, order from the online store www.naturapaper.ro, represent your acceptance and oblige you to comply with them.
If you do not accept any document among the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Cookie Policy or any document that can be consulted on the site, please leave the online store and cancel your order.
By continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy published on the site.
The Customer is any legal person, legally established and operating according to the legislation in force, as well as any natural person who has full legal capacity. By selecting the "payment of the order" icon, the Customer confirms and guarantees that they are in full legal right to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Orders for products/services on the site www.naturapaper.ro are not conditional on registering a customer account.
The Customer can define a name and a password consisting of at least 8 alphanumeric characters and containing at least one digit and one special character, one uppercase and one lowercase letter (a check for uniqueness will be performed by the system). The password cannot contain the date of birth.
In case of password loss, it can be regenerated by accessing the "my account" box and entering the e-mail address, and the new password will be sent by e-mail. The password is strictly confidential, the Customer being solely responsible for its use and keeping it confidential.
The Customer will be solely responsible for the consequences of using their account until its deactivation.
Important! The password will not be used for making online payments; it will only be used for the purpose of registering the Customer on the www.naturapaper.ro platform
NATURA PAPER presents the products on the site together with their most detailed description, allowing the Customer to be aware of the essential information before placing a final/definitive order.
The Customer understands that the products sold by NATURA PAPER are manufactured products, handmade, and the products will not be absolutely identical to each other even if they are of the same type, they may also have some small imperfections without affecting their quality or purpose, these circumstances do not constitute non-conformities but are specific to the products provided by the Seller.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read all the data displayed on the site about the ordered products (name, price, ingredients/composition, weight, quantity, special information about the product, various quantity limitations, etc.) and that they accept them without reservation.
The detailed product information sheet does not represent a contractual source but is for informational purposes. The products are constantly changing; the seller can modify the technical characteristics or composition of the products without notice.
Product offers and prices displayed by NATURA PAPER are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the available stock limit. Valid products and offers will be signaled on the site by the presence of the "Add to cart" button next to them. The simple act of adding products to the cart does not mean automatic validation of the order, as there is a possibility that between the time of starting the order by adding the product to the cart and its validation by the Customer, the product(s) may become unavailable.
To avoid the situation described in the previous paragraph, NATURA PAPER will make every effort to ensure the availability of the product ranges offered.
The order is validated when it is confirmed by the Seller.
NATURA PAPER will notify the customer if the ordered product is not available for delivery and will request the payment processor to refund the amount paid. The refund of the paid amount will be made by the payment processor within a maximum of 14 days.
NATURA PAPER may deliver a product of equivalent price and quality to the one ordered by the customer only if this possibility was brought to the customer's attention before the order was issued.
The prices of the products presented on the site are expressed in RON, and do not include V.A.T., because NATURA PAPER SRL is not a V.A.T. payer.
Insofar as NATURA PAPER becomes a V.A.T. payer, the prices of the products will be updated.
The prices are applicable at the time of order validation by the Customer. Transport fees will be calculated at the end of the order.
If NATURA PAPER becomes a V.A.T. payer, the payment of the value-added tax will be made at the V.A.T. rate provided by the legislation in force at the date of invoicing.
Product prices may be updated/modified at any time, and this update/modification will replace any previous price. The prices at the time of placing the actual order will apply to your order, provided the product is in stock.
Payment for the ordered products can be made as follows: cash on delivery, by payment order/bank transfer in advance, or online card payment.
If you opt for online payment with a bank card, your card data processing is done through NETOPIA Payments, and we will not store any data related to your card.
When you opt for online payment, you will be redirected to the NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform, where you will be asked for certain personal data – for example, card data (card number, cardholder name & surname, expiration date, and security code on the back of the card). This data is used strictly for processing the payment through the NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform and is not communicated to us. To ensure transaction tracking and payment settlement, NETOPIA PAYMENTS provides us with reports on the payments we collect.
These reports may include personal data of the payers (name, surname, e-mail, phone no., billing address). NETOPIA PAYMENTS transmits this data to us as part of the payment processing services. If problems arise strictly related to the processing of your payment, you may be contacted directly by NETOPIA PAYMENTS representatives to resolve them. The NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform processes your personal data as an independent operator for online payment processing. If you opt for card payment, the issuing institution will validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons independent of us (e.g., non-existent funds on the card, expired card, provision of incorrect information/data by the Customer), the contract between us is not concluded, and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you can select another payment method or try processing the payment again with a valid card.
Transport or delivery fees are not included in the price, except for certain offers that will be brought to your attention, if applicable, through the site.
If the price of the product or some of its characteristics were incorrectly entered in the NATURA PAPER databases or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery has not been made, NATURA PAPER reserves the right to cancel the delivery of that product and to notify the Customer as soon as possible about the error that occurred.
To make purchases through the site www.naturapaper.ro, the Customer has the option to create a customer account:
a) either in advance, before making purchases by accessing the
"Create my account" button;
b) or when finalizing the order through the shopping cart.
To create the account, the Customer must add their email address and a password. These 2 elements are confidential.
The Customer will also be asked for other personal information, such as: name, surname, phone number, email address, delivery address, postal code. The Customer undertakes to provide correct information and to inform NATURA PAPER of any changes to this provided information.
The responsibility for the correctness of the personal information provided belongs exclusively to the Customer.
NATURA PAPER will process the following personal data, provided by the customer when creating the user account and/or registering, sending the order, such as: name, surname, phone number, e-mail, delivery address, and postal code.
This information is necessary for managing orders and commercial relations between NATURA PAPER and the Customer.
NATURA PAPER cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information, including but not limited to: delivery delays or even impossibility of delivery, etc. In this context, all transport fees for re-shipping the order will be borne by the Customer. NATURA PAPER will not be responsible if the customer could not be contacted by the courier by any means provided by the customer (phone, e-mail, address), within a maximum interval of 24 hours. In this context, all fees related to a new order (products plus transport) will be borne by the Customer.
NATURA PAPER is exempt from liability if the customer, although contacted by the courier for delivery of the order, could not be found at the address, even within a maximum interval of 24 hours. In this context, all fees related to a new order (products plus transport) will be borne by the Customer.
Account Usage
The Customer can track the status of their orders on the site by accessing the "My Account" section. The history of transactions between NATURA PAPER and the Customer can be consulted at any time, the transaction data being kept for a period of 12 (twelve) months.
In case of non-compliance by the Customer with the "Terms and Conditions", NATURA PAPER reserves the right to deactivate the Customer's account, without any compensation and without granting notice, after notifying them by an electronic letter or by a registered letter.
In case of fraud by the Customer, the deactivation of the account will be done in full right, without notice, without notification, without other formalities, and without compensation.
If the Customer wishes to deactivate their account, they will send a notification to this effect to NATURA PAPER by email at office@naturapaper.ro or by phone.
NATURA PAPER undertakes to deactivate the account within a maximum of 3 working days from receiving the deactivation request.
To place and register an order, the Customer must follow the instructions displayed on the site for this purpose.
Before validating the order, the Customer will review the selected products, such as the number of items ordered, the order value, and the delivery type, phone number, e-mail address, and delivery address will also be displayed, which will be confirmed with a "click" on the "ACCEPT" button. Only orders validated in the manner described above will be honored.
Products selected and kept in the cart represent an unvalidated order and consequently will not be honored.
If the selected products are not in the supplier's stock, the ACCEPT button is not active. In this case, the Customer can select the "REQUEST THIS PRODUCT" button.
In these situations, Natura Paper will respond to the request by email to the address completed by the customer, stating the approximate date of stock replenishment.
The customer will receive an email notification about the online stock replenishment, and the customer can order the desired product by following the steps mentioned above.
Certain products can also be ordered in a personalized custom made version via the "REQUEST OFFER" button.
For orders of personalized products, the customer will receive by email information regarding the price of the products, the delivery price, as well as the approximate delivery time. The validity of the prices in the offer is conditional on placing the order and paying the advance within 7 days of the Customer receiving the seller's offer. The customer will confirm the order by email, and Natura Paper will issue the invoice for the value of the ordered products. The order comes into effect upon payment of the requested advance. Along with placing the order, the Customer will pay an advance of at least 30% of the order value by payment order, with the difference to be paid in full before delivery of the products. The payment of the difference is made by payment order or cash at the NATURA PAPER headquarters.
NATURA PAPER automatically confirms the registration of the order by an e-mail sent to the Customer's e-mail address, through which the following will be communicated:
1. list of ordered items, related prices, type and delivery address, and contact phone number;
2. transport fee (if applicable).
Order registration does not equate to order confirmation by the Seller.
If the information provided by the Customer is not sufficient for order delivery, NATURA PAPER may request additional information (either by e-mail or by phone). In this case, the order will be validated only after receiving the information necessary for delivery. If the Customer fails to provide the requested additional information, NATURA PAPER reserves the right to cancel that order.
Order registration does not guarantee the delivery of all products in the placed order. If certain products from the order become unavailable on the day of delivery, NATURA PAPER reserves the right to refund or replace the unavailable product, only after prior consultation with the customer.
The Seller may condition order confirmation on a minimum value. Depending on the order value, the delivery fee will be added to the final price of the order, or upon reaching a value threshold, delivery may be free. The delivery fee value will be added at the end of the order.
Delivery will be made by courier, to the delivery address completed by the Customer in the order. The usual transport fee within Romania is 30 RON, but it can reach up to 70-150 RON depending on the weight and volume of the package, and the delivery address. The customer will be informed about the final transport fee before finalizing the order.
NATURA PAPER reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- invalidation of the transaction by the card processor, approved by NATURA PAPER;
- existence of a dispute with the customer;
- several products are missing from stock for that order.
- The Customer provided incomplete or erroneous information and did not respond to the Seller's requests.
In all cases, NATURA PAPER will inform the Customer about the situation by e-mail or by phone.
10.1.1 Bank Card
NATURA PAPER accepts payment through the designated payment processor via the following debit or credit bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron. Our approved payment processor is NETOPIA Payments/STRIPE.
The payment amount for the validated order will be blocked on the registered card. The amount thus blocked will be withdrawn when the Customer takes possession of the ordered products. This amount cannot be greater than the amount initially blocked when the order was validated. The time frame in which the card-issuing bank unblocks/credits the amount to the customer's account cannot be estimated/controlled by NATURA PAPER and may differ from one bank to another.
10.1.2 Payment Order
For the bank transfer payment option, the delivery day of the products is conditional on the moment our bank account is debited with the value of your order.
The bank transfer will be performed by your bank.
The Customer guarantees to NATURA PAPER that the payment method used is valid and not obtained through a fraudulent method.
NATURA PAPER reserves the right to suspend/cancel any order/delivery over which there are suspicions regarding payment.
NATURA PAPER reserves the right to suspend/cancel all orders/deliveries in case of refusal of payment by financial-banking institutions.
10.2.2 Security of Payment Methods
All bank transactions on the site will be carried out in a secure environment, NETOPIA Payments / STRIPE – NATURA PAPER's partner is its guarantor, and undertakes to protect personal data and information as well as online payment methods.
The information entered for payment (such as e.g., card name and number, its validity date) will not be stored on NATURA PAPER servers; their collection, processing, and deletion are the responsibility of NETOPIA Payments/ STRIPE.
The Fiscal Invoice for an online order is in electronic format and can be downloaded from the customer's account if they are a natural person or from SPV if they are a legal entity customer, 3 days after receiving the order.
10.3.2 PRODUCT DELIVERY
10.3.2.1 General Information
The ordered products can be picked up free of charge from the NATURA PAPER work point or can be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, delivery which is subject to transport fees. The Customer undertakes to be present at the reception of the order at the address indicated in the order.
The Customer has the obligation to check the correctness of the information provided regarding the delivery address, and contact details – phone number, before validating the order (street, number, building/block, floor, postal code, etc.). In case of errors, NATURA PAPER cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order. NATURA PAPER will not be responsible if the customer, although contacted by the courier for delivery of the order, could not be found at the address, even within a maximum interval of 24 hours. In this context, all fees related to a new order (products plus transport) will be borne by the Customer.
Products can also be picked up personally from the NATURA PAPER work point in Cluj-Napoca, Piața Unirii, no. 10, ap. 1, county, during the week from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00.
Delivery of orders by express courier is provided by a courier company.
The order will be delivered in a single shipment; it is not possible to split the order into multiple shipping installments.
10.3.2.2 Delivery Conditions
At the request of NATURA PAPER or the Courier, the Customer will communicate the order number assigned by the sales system.
If the Customer cannot personally receive the order, it will be left at the specified address only to a person over 16 years of age and only if the order number is communicated to the COURIER.
No request for delivery of an order can be honored if the Customer does not meet the above conditions.
In the case of delivery to the Customer's workplace, where the Courier cannot access that location, the Customer must ensure they can receive the order.
The Customer will be contacted by phone by the Courier in advance to obtain confirmation of their presence at the address and time selected when validating the order on the site.
The Customer makes every effort for them or someone else to be present at the delivery address and in the indicated time interval to receive the package; otherwise, they will bear the transport costs related to a possible delivery. The time interval can be modified, after selection, only with the Courier's agreement.
Delivery is completed when the ordered products are handed over to the Customer.
The estimated delivery time for the products is at most 3 working days from the order confirmation, depending on the volume of the Supplier's orders and the workload of the Courier providing transport.
10.3.2.3 Product Reception
(Visual) verification of the products will be done in the presence of the courier.
By accepting the order without objections mentioned to the courier, the buyer acknowledges receipt of the products in good condition.
In the event of an incident following delivery (e.g., delivery of the wrong type of product or wrong quantity of the product), the Customer undertakes to contact the Seller, within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the products, and to transmit the problems found (after this time interval, any complaint or notification regarding the delivered order will not be considered).
NATURA PAPER endeavors to respond to all requests and complaints within a maximum of 3 working days from their registration.
10.3.2.4 Delivery Delays
For delays longer than 5 (five) working days, from the date set when validating the order, (except for cases of force majeure, technical malfunctions of the webpage, etc.) the Customer can request the cancellation of the order by e-mail to the address office@naturapaper.ro or at the phone number +40 723155667.
After receiving the package, the customer checks its content. If they find irregularities or inaccuracies, the customer will contact the seller, NATURA PAPER, to resolve the issues. Notification can be sent by e-mail to office@naturapaper.ro, within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the order.
As a general rule, enshrined in art. 16 para (1) lit. c of O.U.G. no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, with subsequent amendments and completions, products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, sold through the website are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
For non-personalized products, customers benefit from the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, according to legislation.
In advance, the customer must inform NATURA PAPER of their intention to return at tel. no.+40 723155667 or by e-mail to office@naturapaper.ro, following the notification, they will be assigned a return number.
The refund of the product value will be made at the price listed on the invoice/fiscal receipt accompanying the product and will be carried out immediately in the case of payments by bank transfer or in cash at the Seller's headquarters, or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer by the payment processor within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the refund request.
The return of products can be requested in the following situations:
The product does not comply with the specifications on the site
The information presented on the site is for informational purposes and may be modified by NATURA PAPER without prior notice. Also, due to space and information structure coherence considerations, product descriptions may be incomplete, but NATURA PAPER makes efforts to present and transmit the most relevant information about the products sold. If the ordered product proves not to comply with the specifications on the site or in the offer, its return can be requested, the customer being able to opt for its replacement or full refund. If the parties opt for replacing the product, and the value of the replacement product is lower, the customer will be refunded the amount paid in excess. The return costs as well as transport costs, if applicable, will be borne by NATURA PAPER.
The customer understands that the products sold by Natura Paper are handmade products through non-standardized manual procedures, and each copy is different, so there may be imperfections or slight differences between copies of the same product, aspects which do not constitute non-conformities and do not give the right to return.
Parcels showing damage
You can report this and request the return of the product for replacement with a new product. In this situation, the Buyer has the right to refuse acceptance. In any situation, the Seller must be informed immediately about the damage to the parcel.
Wrongly delivered products
If a different product than the one ordered was delivered to you, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and have it replaced with the correct one. All return and transport costs of the correct product will be borne by NATURA PAPER.
In all the above cases, the products must be returned in the state they were received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, original documents, and packaging in which they were received. Damage to the products or packaging may result in the refusal of the return.
The Customer Relations Service offers assistance to customers before, during, and after the sale.

Customers outside Romania can call us at +40 723155667 (call taxable according to their own telephone network) from Monday-Friday between 09:00 – 16:00.
By completing the information when creating the registration account, users agree that their personal data thus provided, be collected by NATURA PAPER in a database and used by the latter (or by third-party companies mandated by NATURA PAPER for this purpose) for organizing marketing activities/sending advertising/promotional materials, in strict accordance with the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data.
NATURA PAPER will maintain the confidentiality of this information and undertakes not to disclose it to third parties except with the express agreement of the users or in situations where this communication is strictly necessary for awarding prizes or other facilities to them, obtained as a result of their participation in various promotional games or contests or other promotional campaigns organized by NATURA PAPER, as well as in situations where it is obliged, according to the law, to disclose this information.
Third-party companies mandated by NATURA PAPER for data processing purposes are not considered third parties, processing which is carried out by them on behalf and for NATURA PAPER.
According to Law no. 129/2018 and EU Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, you, as a data subject, have the following rights, except where the law provides otherwise, you benefit from the right of free access to your personal data, through a written, dated, and signed request, addressed to the Seller NATURA PAPER at the e-mail address office@naturapaper.ro or at the address Cluj-Napoca, Piața Unirii, no. 10, ap. 1, Cluj county, Romania, to the attention of the Data Protection Officer. Also, each user benefits from the right to information about their personal data, being able to request its rectification, updating, blocking, or deletion. Under the conditions above, data subjects may request restriction, portability, or may object, for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data or may request that their personal data not be processed for direct marketing purposes.
Any data subject has the right to request and obtain the withdrawal or cancellation of any decision that produces legal effects concerning them, adopted exclusively based on personal data processing, carried out by automated means, intended to evaluate certain aspects of their personality, such as professional competence, credibility, behavior, or other such aspects, as well as to obtain the re-evaluation of any decision taken regarding them, which affects them significantly, if the decision was adopted exclusively based on data processing that meets the conditions provided above. At the same time, users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
NATURA PAPER assumes no responsibility for situations where users publish any personal data, on their own initiative, in a public message, on any of the site's pages or on one of the sites that can be accessed through the site.
NATURA PAPER reserves the right to interrupt the provision of the site (in whole or in part), at any time, without the obligation of prior notification.
Likewise, NATURA PAPER reserves the right to cancel/delete, at any time, without the obligation of prior notification, any account and/or to limit the access of any user/visitor to their account and/or to the site (for example, without the following enumeration being limiting, in the event that it finds a violation by users/visitors of the site's terms and conditions of use, in the event that technical or security problems arise, etc.).
NATURA PAPER may also restrict the right of visitors or users of the site if the content displayed by them is illegal, defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, affects the privacy of another person, incites racial, ethnic hatred, or is otherwise offensive, intimidating.
NATURA PAPER may run advertising campaigns and/or promotions in any section of the site at any time. The campaigns and promotions run by NATURA PAPER do not require the consent of visitors or users of the site. Modification of any elements incidental to advertising campaigns and/or promotions does not require in any way the consent of visitors/users and can be done at any time by NATURA PAPER without any prior notification.

The terms and conditions of sale are subject to Romanian legislation. In case of disagreements, the Customer may file complaints with the Customer Relations Service to reach an amicable solution. If an amicable agreement has not been reached between the parties, the dispute may be resolved by the competent courts at the headquarters of NATURA PAPER in Cluj-Napoca, Cluj county.
