The ordered products can be picked up free of charge from the NATURA PAPER work point or can be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, delivery which is subject to transport fees. The Customer undertakes to be present at the reception of the order at the address indicated in the order.
The Customer has the obligation to check the correctness of the information provided regarding the delivery address, contact details – phone number, before validating the order (street, number, building/block, floor, postal code, etc.). It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information when placing the order. Any delays or difficulties caused by incorrect information will be considered the buyer's responsibility.
NATURA PAPER will not be responsible if the customer, although contacted by the courier for delivery of the order, could not be found at the address, even within a maximum interval of 24 hours. In this context, all fees related to a new order (products plus transport) will be borne by the Customer.
Products can also be picked up personally from the NATURA PAPER work point in Cluj-Napoca, Piața Unirii, no. 10, ap. 1, CLUJ county, during the week from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00.
Delivery of orders by express courier is provided by a courier company.
The order will be delivered in a single shipment; it is not possible to split the order into multiple shipping installments.
Because delivery is made through a third-party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any problem regarding the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping costs will be specified when placing the order and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the ordered products.
The usual delivery fee within Romania is 30 RON, but it can reach up to 70-150 RON depending on the weight and volume of the package, and the delivery address. The customer will be informed about the final transport fee before finalizing the order.
The estimated delivery time for the products is at most 3 working days from the order confirmation, depending on the volume of the Supplier's orders and the workload of the Courier providing transport.
The order will be delivered by express courier, to the delivery address completed by the Customer in the order.
At the request of NATURA PAPER or the Courier, the Customer will communicate the order number assigned by the sales system.
If the Customer cannot personally receive the order, it will be left at the specified address only to a person over 16 years of age and only if the order number is communicated to the COURIER.
No request for delivery of an order can be honored if the Customer does not meet the above conditions.
In the case of delivery to the Customer's workplace, where the Courier cannot access that location, the Customer must ensure they can receive the order.
The Customer will be contacted by phone by the Courier in advance to obtain confirmation of their presence at the address and time selected when validating the order on the site.
The Customer makes every effort for them or someone else to be present at the delivery address and in the indicated time interval to receive the package; otherwise, they will bear the transport costs related to a possible delivery. The time interval can be modified, after selection, only with the Courier's agreement.
If the package cannot be delivered (recipient does not answer, the address you specified is wrong, etc.), you will be contacted by phone by the courier. If the recipient cannot be contacted, the packages remain with the zonal courier for a determined period, after which they return to the Shipper.
If the delivered package is not picked up, we reserve the right to ship another package, only with advance payment.
Delivery is completed when the ordered products are handed over to the Customer.
(Visual) verification of the products will be done in the presence of the courier.
By accepting the order without objections mentioned to the courier, the buyer acknowledges receipt of the products in good condition.
In the event of an incident following delivery (e.g., delivery of the wrong type of product or wrong quantity of the product), the Customer undertakes to contact the Seller, within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the products, and to transmit the problems found (after this time interval, any complaint or notification regarding the delivered order will not be considered).
NATURA PAPER endeavors to respond to all requests and complaints within a maximum of 3 working days from their registration.
For delays longer than 5 (five) working days, from the date mentioned when validating the order, (except for cases of force majeure, technical malfunctions of the webpage, etc.) the Customer can request the cancellation of the order by e-mail to the address office@naturapaper.ro or at the phone number +40742175422
Our products are sometimes made to order, which means that production and delivery times may differ from those shown above. Natura Paper will do its best to inform the buyer of any delays and to find alternative solutions.
We are not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery, or mis-delivery of a shipment or part of it if they are generated by the following situations/circumstances beyond our control, but not limited to these:
– road blockages (fallen trees, rocks, chain collisions), landslides near the road;
– bridge collapses, blocking of mountain tunnels, train derailments near the road, natural blockages, unauthorized strikes, spontaneous regional riots, weather conditions unfavorable to the proper conduct of the proposed itinerary;
– natural causes: earthquakes, cataclysms, devastating storms, tornadoes, natural fires, floods, river overflows, leaving riverbeds, etc;
– human causes: state of war, state of siege, forced nationalization (transfer to state property), revolutions, popular uprisings, etc;
– non-compliance with orders by suppliers and third parties.
Please check the package in the presence of the courier, and if it is damaged, refuse it, then send a notification to the e-mail address office@naturapaper.ro. Otherwise, any subsequent complaint is void.
